i've found that of the few games that are actually worth playing on the PSX, nearly all of them work great with bleemcast.. the crap you're reading from the psx fanboys seems like damage control to me.. Dreamcast EMULATES many PSX games better than your sequelstation 2 can natively run them.. how's that for a dead system?..and this was from a beta of an emulator that was roughly 30% complete.. fuck buying a PSX.. get a saturn. :)

This game runs perfect! Obviously taking out the nasty FMV codec issue, but anyway, the game runs perfect. The music has a bit of slowdown on the mnu, but it's not big of a deal since the menu can be browsed at regular speed without a problem. The games graphcis are simple gorgeus! Another issue is the missing L2 and R2 mapping. These buttons are crucial to the gameplay and really tick anybody off. Other than that, this game runs 100% good!

Unlike previousl stated, this title does work, somewhat.....the screen stays black, so it's hard to tell what you are doing, but if you press start after the intro movies (press start to skip them, as the obviously don't work well) you will get a screen saying you can't save your game (no memory card) then if you move the digital arrows up or down, you can select a game....having a list of the games handy would probably help here.....and press start to play it....the sound is mostly MIA, but the games seem to be mostly playable. As far as the game goes for running, it RUNS just fine. Graphics, on the other hand, are screwed in the cutscenes. Otherwise, the game even seems a bit smoother than on the PSX. Sometimes, like when you just encounter an enemy, a bit of screwed graphics hit the screen, but it's okay. The sound works decently well. Quite often, when something is happening in the game, the sound slows down, but that's because Chrono Chross isn't perfectly emulated on the Bleemcast. There are times when the sound is running smoothly and just like it would on the PSX. Another problem is slowdown, but it isn't all that bad. Right before a battle, and also when you load you menu screen, and on other occasions, too, slowdown occurs. Keep in mind it is irritating, but it isn't awful. It doesn't last for but a second or two. I'd say that the game is worth playing in this condition. You'll miss out on cutscenes and such, but it's not a big deal. So, go ahead, play it!

This game is a mixed bag. Let's start with the menu and loading screens. The loading BG pictures appear for just 1 second and they dissapear even though the bar continues to progress. The menu's do the same! Luckly whenever you move your cursor up or down it shows your options which really helps. Also, when you press up it might go down or up. After you have your selection made and press the X button, the cursor moves 1 down and selects that alternative instead of the one your originally wanted to use. The game itself runs very good. I was amazed! Very few texture glitches like the smoke, the clouds textures and such, but nothing that will really bother your gameplay. Sounds are crisp although I cannot recall if the music was working or not.

Worked with massively corrupted movie playback. With the Arcade CD, the menus and static pictures were near perfect, and the game looked really good, though the engine sounds were missing (you could still hear the turbo and tire screeches). There's also problems with polygons staying within bounding borders as the cars in rearview mirror spill out of the rearview mirror rectangle, but just a little. Some textures vanish here and there, but it's still playable. Music stutters here and there, and the game runs slower than the real thing by a little bit. With the Simulation CD, the menus and interface are totally invisible (pitch black), which is just as well since the bleemcast beta does not have memcard save. If you memorized all the menus in the game, you could probably get simulation mode to work.

Okay, now this is funny. Half-Playable! The game boots immediately with no weird green screen. As the cut-screen opening begins, it seems to be a filtered better-looking version, then you notice the frame rate is down. I went to the options screen and the whole thing froze. Then restarted, the game began looking sweet and running great, but i couldn't control anything, or even reboot, so I opened the drive, and the controller worked! Works fine, appears to lock up at the start of a game but infact you have to press start several times to skip all the opening movies. Once your in the game many textures appear white but appear as normal as you go closer into them. The graphics you can see are smooth, the game runs above normal speed and is very playable. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater NTSC Original, Like Others Ive Tested, has serious GFX Issues. The Main Intro is horrible but still atleast you see somethin. After the Main Intro you go to a Black Screen, the Main Menu is still there though cause if you click Start then move Up or Down with the Dreamcast controller you can hear the sounds from the option being highlighted on the Main Menu.

The menus are pretty much pitch black, so it's hard to navigate around for anything. The player select menu isn't as bad. It doesn't show the player stats, but it does show the player's picture as well as the vehicle. The playability takes a huge hit since the weapons are actually controlled with the L2 and R2 buttons which don't exist on the DC controller. I believe you can change the buttons in the options menu, but since the menus are pitch black, that makes it difficult to do. The graphics are pretty good. To me, it seems like it runs at full speed with no slowdowns. The textures do get messed up a bit after a while though. I wasn't really paying attention to the sound, but there was nothing that caught my attention about it, so I assume it's perfectly fine in that department.
